Recently, Research In Motion (RIM) suffered a network outage related to specific versions of its BlackBerry Messenger software. This impacted some Blackberry users’ ability to send and receive messages. RIM is recommending that all BlackBerry users update to the latest version of BlackBerry Messenger.
